When sending a watch for repair:
When sending a watch for service, we recommend you use a carrier that has the ability to trace and insure your package throughout the delivery process. Please send a note that include your name, address, telephone #, fax # and the service required. Due to the space limitation we ask that you DO NOT send the original box. Original boxes will not be returned.
